360 Fat Freeze

Thermal Shock Lipolysis:

New technology called Thermal Shock lipolysis. It works by a process called thermal contrast lipolysis which uses a combination of hot and cold temperatures to target fat cells.

The procedure  starts with the temperature at 43℃ for approximately 10 mins to Liquefy the fat cells. Following the initial heating, A cooling at the temperature of -2℃/-5℃ for 35 minutes to induce cell death, In the last step, the area is then warmed again at 43℃ to optimize the treatment.

Clinical tests have proved that approximately 10% more fat cells are destroyed in a Thermal-Shock treatment compared to other typical fat freezing procedures.

The Fat Freeze procedure eliminates stubborn fat safely and effectively, without surgery or downtime.

The 360° fat freeze machine  targets fat cells without causing any damage to the surrounding areas. Fat freezing works by causing cell apoptosis (fat cell death) at very cold temperatures.

Over the next 2 / 3 months, the body will metabolize these frozen fat cells and remove them naturally from the body.

Up to 25% reduction of fat cells can be achieved in 1 session. The treatment can be repeated in 4 to 6 weeks for even better results!

We will start with a full assessment of the area you want treated to fully understand your specific concerns and also your body goals.

We will measure the thickness of the fat and take measurements and photos

​

The next step will be for the area being treated to be covered with a  anti freeze pad which is used to protect your skin.

​

The machine vacuum applicator is then placed on the area and will gently suck your fat into  the handpiece. You will feel  a pulling sensation as the handpiece pulls in the area.

​

It’s possible that you may experience some discomfort in the first 5-10 minutes of the freezing procedure from the numbness caused by the cooling sensations.

​

Shortly after this the discomfort dissipates allowing you to relax for the duration of the treatment,  Once the session is complete the applicator is removed and the area given a massage to help stimulate the flow of the lymth promoting the removal of the dead fat cells.

360 Body Fat Freezing Aftercare

 

Once you have had your treatment, to ensure the best results there are a number of steps you you will need to take:

​

Stay well hydrated by drinking at least 2-3 litres of water per day so you can help your lymphatic system to eliminate dead fat cells

​Avoid steam rooms and saunas for 24 hours after the treatment​

Don’t swim or exercise for 48 hours after the treatment​

It's recommended that you don’t massage the area for the first 24-48 hours after the treatment. After this, we advise you to massage the area to help stimulate the process of lymphatic drainage​

Follow a healthy and balanced diet and incorporate exercising routines (after the first 48 hours) to increase your lymphatic circulation.
